Medicare Physician Pay Cut Update
The current Congressional pay fix to delay the SGR physician pay cut expires on June 1, 2010. Congress is scheduled for recess from May 31, 2010, to June 4, 2010. If Congress fails to adopt a fix before the recess, CMS may choose to hold claims, as they have in the past. PhyLogic will continue to monitor this issue and post new information as it is received.
