PhyLogic welcomes new Director of Billing Operations
PhyLogic Healthcare is very proud to announce the appointment of Ms. Linda Garwacki to the position of
Director of Billing Operations. Linda will be overseeing all billing and compliance activities for
PhyLogic's full service billing clients and will also be in charge of new client implementations.
With a solid background in medical billing, reimbursement, administration, compliance, and coding, she
is an excellent asset to both PhyLogic Healthcare and our clients.
Linda comes to PhyLogic from Connecticut Multispecialty Group, one of the largest groups of its kind
in the area, where she served as Central Billing Office Manager. In her former position, she was
responsible for over $36 million annually, as well as the creation and implementation of all
billing procedures and policies, compliance and chart auditing programs, physician education,
and the hiring and training of staff.
One of her major accomplishments was the successful conversion of 13 practices
(using 6 different billing systems) to a centralized billing system and environment
within a six-month period. Her experience prior to CMG includes her position as Billing
Supervisor at Baystate Medical Education and Research Foundation in Springfield, Massachusetts.

In addition to her many professional achievements, Linda is also a member of the
MGMA and is a Certified Procedural Coder through the American Academy of Professional
Coders (AAPC). In fact, she is currently President of the Hartford Local Chapter of the
AAPC. Linda has billing and management experience in over a dozen medical specialties.
