Hurricane Irene Update

As a reminder to all of our valued customers, the AdvancedMD system is “web-based” and although the Northeast and the area near our corporate office may feel some of the effects of Hurricane Irene, there will be no disruption in service. Both the main “back-up” server, as well as the secondary “redundant” server, are located in separate geographic areas, neither of which are in the path of the storm. The only possible issue would be with those practices that would lose power and/or internet service due to local weather conditions.
